It’s been a couple of months since you completed the renovation work on my house, and I wanted to share with you my thoughts on the project. Firs, I want to make it clear to both of you that your approach to my bid and to working with me was a key difference between your firm and the other finalist that I had been considering at the time. You the engaged me as “a partner” in the project so that it felt more like a “team effort”. That made it much easier for me to listen to your excellent suggestions when the architect’s blueprints sometimes wouldn’t implement as drawn. The whole tone of the project was one of joint problem solving and support. For me, that was, is and will remain the most outstanding feature of working with you.

What really impressed AnneMarie and me was the quality of your co-workers. From your framers and electricians, to your carpentry finishers, they were all polite and extremely competent. It is obvious that one of the many reasons you are successful is because you surround yourself with good people. Another reason is because you take pride in your work.

I am writing this letter to express my sincere and heartfelt appreciation for the “effort beyond satisfaction” experience that we have had with your company and the whole construction process of building our two new additions. Your initiative to make special arrangements to facilitate my Father in-law’s special needs is one of the most burden lightening experiences that we have had with anyone that we have come into contact with.
