Expediting your Building Permits – We file for your required building permits. You only pay the filing fee which varies from each project and township.
Clear Detailed Contracts and Payment Schedules – We provide a completely detailed written contract and payment schedule – customized to your project. At the time of entering the Contract Agreement you review each and every part of the Contract with the Damon Ownership. It’s our goal that our client’s and the Damon team fully understand the scope of your project. We strive to set it up for success from the start.
No Large Upfront Payments – At the time of entering into the Contract Agreement we only required a deposit of 10%.
No other monies are due until after work has started. From that point on we just follow the detailed payment schedule.
Major Discounts on your Appliance Purchases – We allow you to purchase all your new appliances through our Builders account. The average savings depends on the appliances you chose. Our past Clients have enjoyed some valued savings.
Firm Prices with No Hidden Extras – By providing a detailed Contract pertaining to the complete scope of work of your project, you are assured in writing what work we are providing.
Worry Free Construction – We provide a turnkey job - from conception to completion - with open lines of communication throughout the project. All subcontractors sign a subcontractor's agreement promising to abide by our standards for personnel, materials, and workmanship.

Pre-Construction and Project Meetings – We have weekly meetings concerning your project. These meetings are either in-house with staff, or on-site with our clients. One of the most important Keys to our success has been that we have kept the highest level of communications between the Design Team, Construction Team, and our Client.
On-Site Management – An experienced member of our Production Team will be working hands-on at your jobsite and supervising all personnel and subcontractors.
Our In-House Architect – Our In-House Architect makes on-site inspections during the entire construction process.

One Year Warranty – A full one year warranty applies to all materials and workmanship PLUS any extended warranties offered by manufacturers and subcontractors. We even contact you several times during the warranty period to be sure everything is still living up to your expectations.
Insured & Licensed – Damon Construction Corp. has been in business for over 25 years serving the Long Island community, is licensed in Suffolk County, Nassau County, and the Town of Southampton as a Home Improvement contractor, carries full liability and workers compensation insurance, and enjoys an excellent reputation within the industry and community.
