We give very accurate estimates, fully detailed contacts, and detailed payment schedules. Every project is scheduled and completed, always meeting or beating our completion timeline! Our past clients will attest to that. Plus they come in on budget working within the original contract agreement. Some clients ask us to do additional work and we are glad to do so, and we will do that work on a separate change order. We are just as happy if we just perform the original contracted work. Our approach is that there are no hidden extras.
